How to create an Order

Order Creation 

  • Click on the Orders Tab, the below screen will be opened, this screen is designed to add Orders


  • Click on the button given at the bottom to add new Order.


  • A new Order Form will appear to add Order Details as shown in the image.
  • Click on Add Customer to select an existing customer.

  • Click on Add Products to find which currently available products are in the cart.
  • Click on the Add button to Add products.


  • While adding the product, users will find two types of discounts for applying to the product.

  1. Flat Discount
  2. Percentage Discount %


  • In Total Amount, It will be the calculation of Sub Total, Discount and GST.
  • In Grand Total, there will be a Calculation of multiple product pricing.
  • Fill in Address details like

  1. Billing Address
  2. Shipping Address


  • Click on SUBMIT button.

Order will be saved with Draft, it will be sent to Manager for Approval by changing the status value "Send for Approval” Order Status and it will be approved by Manager and Order Status will be Approved. After the Manager's approval, the Order status won’t be changed.

Order Detail Page

On Clicking Order Record, it shows all the order details including-

  • Order No.
  • Order Book date
  • Total Order Items
  • Total Order Amount
  • Delivery Date
  • Payment Terms
  • Products ordered etc.
